Application for Minor Subdivsion to be named Delaware Point

This is a proposal for the replatting 4 Lots (currently known as #36 - #37 - #38 - #39 in Block 3 of the Peakview Addition) to become 2 Lots (to be known as #1 - #2 of the new Delaware Point Subdivision)

Delaware Point Lot 1 will be 2751sf. Delaware Point Lot 2 will be 2312sf

The included site surveys and drawings have been completed by licensed surveyor Orin Kent Haynes.

I currently reside on the above property at the address of 30 Delaware Road.
This exisiting building, and sidewalks, yard, parking etc. will be located within Lot I of the Delaware Point Subdivision.

For Lot 2, I plan on building a new residence for myself following the guidelines and recommendations of the Manitou Springs Planning and Regional Building Departments.
